Rosicky Off To Galatasaray?

Reports are emerging from the media that Rosicky might be quitting Arsenal in favor of a move to Galatasaray (source).  Rosicky, affectionately named “The Little Mozart”, came to Arsenal in 2006 but has had many injuries which prevented him from imposing himself in the Premier League. 

However, this year, he had a decent preseason with Arsenal and could have a more satisfying campaign with the club than in his previous seasons. 

Will it be such a good idea to let Tomas Rosicky, captain of the Czech national team go?  If he goes, do we need to replace him?  Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments.
