Croatian news website gol.hr reports that Arsenal have agreed a deal of €15 million fee with Dinamo Zagreb to bring Šime Vrsaljko to the Emirates Stadium. The latest is that Zagreb President Zdravka Mamića has been to London and a deal has been agreed. He is set to sign in January, then be loaned back.
